Ashley Rezvani is an educator, serious game designer, and interactive digital designer. She approaches teaching, mentorship, and curriculum design playfully, experimentally, and compassionately. Having worked with students as young as eight and as old as eighty, and with over a decade of teaching experience, Ashley is readily able to care for all kinds of classrooms and learners. Her industry work focuses on educational games and games for change, working primarily with non-profit organizations to make charming and fun experiences for players about social justice issues.

Her research areas include food in games, using games to overcome prejudice, gender performativity in digital spaces, and the (mostly ancient) history of games. When she’s not hunched over her computer and giving herself back problems, you can find Ashley baking pies, singing opera, or hiking in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains.
