Since graduating, Ron has consistently exhibited across the united states and participated in Artist in residence programs in New York, Minnesota and the Nederland’s. His most recent sculpture examines the history of the LGBTQ movement in Texas.

“The second I got off the phone after speaking with Trey Hill about my acceptance to the graduate program, I knew the University of Montana was the place for me. The same care and attention from that initial conversation continued over the next three years from the faculty. My work and life transformed because I was constantly challenged, encouraged to experiment, and given the time and space to talk it all out.”
