Stephan Edwards is the Undergraduate Advising and Student Success Coordinator for UM’s College of the Arts and Media, and the lead advisor for all Media Arts students and Art students in the online BA program.

An alum of the University of Montana (2000, History and Philosophy), Steve also holds a Master’s degree in History from the University of Connecticut, a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from Brandeis University, and a Graduate Certificate in Natural Resources Conflict Resolution from UM. A twenty-year veteran of higher ed, Steve has worked as a teacher and administrator in first-year education, advising, writing, and graduate programs in universities both large and small.

It’s our goal in the advising program in the School of Visual and Media Arts to make sure all of our students move through their degrees as efficiently as they can, while building the skills and knowledge they need for a fast-moving industry. Call or write to make an advising appointment today!
